The Church Hill and Hawkins County Ministry Funds were made possible from the sale, and subsequent mortgage, of the Church Hill Presbyterian Church in 1999. Holston Presbytery restricted the payments received for two funds: Church Hill (25%) and Hawkins County Ministry (25%), which are disbursed by the Church Development and Evangelism Committee.
